In order to actively respond to the national strategic deployment on promoting the development of the silver economy and assist in the innovation and upgrading of the elderly care and health industry, the Executive Committee of the 9th China (Guangzhou) International Elderly Care and Health Industry Expo (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou Elderly Expo") has launched the "New Products, New Technologies, and New Services" three new collection activity, aiming to tap into the innovative power in the silver economy field and build a professional platform for the industry to showcase and promote new products.

Now open to the whole society for collection, the relevant matters are announced as follows:

1、 With the acceleration of population aging, the silver economy has become an important engine for promoting social and economic development.  

The 9th Guangzhou Old Expo is hosted by the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government, with specific responsibilities from the Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau, Guangzhou Cooperation Office, and Guangzhou Expo Organizing Committee Office. It will be held from August 22nd to 24th, 2025 at the Canton Fair Exhibition Hall, with an exhibition area of approximately 50000 square meters. This "Three New Collection" activity will provide excellent enterprises with golden opportunities for display, promotion, and cooperation, helping to accelerate the landing of innovative achievements.

2、 Call for Content

▶  new product

Innovative products targeting the living, health, nursing, rehabilitation, entertainment, and other scenarios of the elderly, such as smart wearables, aging friendly homes, rehabilitation aids, and healthy foods.

It needs to have practicality, safety, and market potential to effectively improve the quality of life for the elderly.

▶  new technology

Innovative technologies or solutions covering areas such as smart elderly care, healthcare, remote care, AI applications, and big data management.

● It shall have progressiveness technology, popularization and industry demonstration value.

▶  New services

● Covering innovative elderly care service scenarios and models such as home-based community elderly care, medical and health care integration, elderly mental health support, dementia professional care, and elderly financial insurance

It needs to have innovative models, inclusive services, and replicability, and be able to form standardized service processes;

Emphasize service professionalism, emotional care, and sustainable operational capabilities to effectively enhance the sense of achievement and happiness of the elderly.

3、 Participation conditions

▪  Enterprises must be legally registered legal entities, and their products or technologies must comply with relevant national standards.

4 ▪  The declared project must be an innovative achievement developed or launched within the past two years, with independent intellectual property rights or legal authorization. ▪  Encourage "specialized, refined, innovative" enterprises, technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, and cross-border integration projects to participate.

6、 Event Highlights

Selected enterprises of high-end display platforms will be invited to make key recommendations at the 9th Guangzhou Old Expo related forum activities, facing government leaders, industry experts, investment institutions, and buyers directly.

➧ Media matrix exposure enjoys comprehensive brand promotion from provincial and municipal mainstream media, industry vertical media, and official channels of the old expo.

Priority will be given to resource docking and support for industrial policy support, investment and financing institutions, and channel cooperation opportunities. Excellent projects can be included in the annual innovation case library of the Old Expo.

7、 Other instructions

The final selection results of this solicitation will be notified by the Executive Committee of China International Elderly Care and Health Industry Expo after evaluation.

Participating companies must ensure the authenticity of the submitted materials. If there is any infringement or false information involved, the responsibility shall be borne by themselves.
