In order to solidly promote the preparations for the 4th Xi'an International Elderly Care Industry Expo, fully leverage the exhibition platform to gather industry resources, exchange cutting-edge concepts, and empower the high-quality development of the elderly care industry, the 4th Xi'an International Elderly Care Industry Expo, jointly hosted by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Civil Affairs and the Xi'an Municipal People's Government, and jointly organized by the Xi'an Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau and other units, is scheduled to be held at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 17 to 19, 2026. The theme of this expo is "Qin style Silver Age Nourishing Chang'an", with simultaneous theme activities and parallel events. Based on the advantageous location of the starting point of the Silk Road in Xi'an, a communication platform is being built around the integration of the silver economy, elderly care industry, and elderly care industry. We are now publicly soliciting the theme, organizing unit, and guest speakers of the communication activity nationwide. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

1、 Scope of solicitation

This solicitation is divided into two categories: exchange activity themes, organizing units, and guest speakers.

（1） Exchange activity theme (limited to unit declaration)

The solicitation covers two types of topics: themed activities and parallel activities, combined with policies related to the development of the silver economy and elderly care industry, focusing on industry development, market trends, and hot topics, and focusing on the following directions (including but not limited to):

1. Technology empowers the development direction of smart elderly care

2. Silver haired cultural tourism and wellness travel direction

3. Silver Hair Economy and Pension Finance Direction

4. Integration of medical and elderly care and care for cognitive impairment

5. Home aging adaptation and smart home direction

6. Silver Hair Consumption Direction

7. Direction of elderly education and talent cultivation

8. Direction of Industry Education Integration Cooperation and Exchange in the Elderly Care Industry

9. Health Preservation, Nutrition, Health, Medicine, and Food are in the Same Direction

10. Community home-based elderly care and actively responding to the direction of population aging

11. Release of new products, technologies, and scenarios

（2） Call for Speakers (Recommended by Units/Individual Applications)

We are soliciting speakers from professionals in the national elderly care industry, healthcare, smart technology, academic research, and other fields. The forms of speeches can include keynote speeches, roundtable dialogues, practical case sharing, etc. Applicants must meet the following conditions:

1. Outstanding professional abilities: Possess rich experience or research achievements in related fields such as smart elderly care, technological elderly care, medical health, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things;

2. Strong industry influence: industry leading enterprise executives, experts from universities and research institutes, technology R&D leaders, policy research scholars, and practitioners with successful cases are given priority;

3. High quality sharing content: The speech content should be forward-looking, innovative, and practical guidance, and pure commercial marketing sharing centered on preaching and promoting enterprise products is strictly prohibited.

2、 Requirements for application materials

（1） Application materials for exchange activities

1. Submit the following materials for the application topic:

1) The complete name of the proposed topic for application;

2) Interpretation of the core connotation of the topic;

3) Subdivide discussion sub topics and propose to invite guests;

4) Target audience and scale of attendees;

5.) Suggest the duration of the conference.

2. Requirements for applying for the handling unit:

Ability to plan, organize, and execute meetings on site is required.

1) Conference Planning: Able to plan the name and theme of the conference, draft the agenda, write the conference activity plan, and after being reviewed and approved by the organizing committee, develop an organizational implementation plan.

2) Organizational implementation: Able to integrate resources, invite conference speakers, invite attending leaders and guests, implement conference and roundtable dialogues (with this segment), host and organize attendees (no less than 200 people).

3) On site execution: capable of equipping execution personnel to carry out on-site conference execution work, etc.

Accept and cooperate with the organizing committee's overall arrangement of meeting time and venue usage schedule.

（2） Guest submission

1. Basic information of guests: personal resume, work experience, and records of past industry public speaking cases;

2. Supporting materials for the speech: speech title, complete content outline, and suggested speech duration.

All application materials must have complete logic, detailed content, and have practical research value.

4、 Other Notice

1. The applicant must ensure that all application materials are true, original, and free from plagiarism, fabricated resumes, false cases, and other situations.
