On July 10th, under the organization of Li Ping, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, the coordination meeting for the overall preparation work of the Fourth Xi'an Elderly Expo was successfully held at the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs. The conference comprehensively reviewed the progress of the current exhibition preparation work, clarified the focus and timeline of each unit's next stage of work, required close cooperation, refined measures, and strict implementation from all parties, promoted various preparatory work with high standards and high efficiency, and made every effort to improve the quality of the exhibition, comprehensively showcase the achievements of Shaanxi Province's silver economy development, and ensure that this year's Old Expo has higher standards, more practical content, and better results.

On July 9th, in order to continuously enhance the brand influence and social awareness of the exhibition, and amplify the dissemination effect of the exhibition, the organizing committee coordinated with Xi'an Television Station to carry out promotional cooperation. Both parties have had in-depth communication on the full cycle promotion of the exhibition, and have clarified that they will focus on the highlights, industry trends, and people's livelihood values of the exhibition through various promotion channels and forms, and comprehensively carry out the promotion and publicity work of this year's Old Expo.

On July 8th, in order to comprehensively improve the quality, standardized construction, and safety assurance level of the exhibition site, the organizing committee held a special promotion meeting for the selection of home venue construction service providers. By publicly selecting high-quality construction teams, we will fully guarantee the high standard landing of the 40000 square meter exhibition hall, and create a high-quality and standardized silver industry event through refined construction and on-site services.

On July 6th, in order to accelerate the integration of industry and education in the elderly care industry and solve the shortage of professional talents in the industry, the organizing committee actively coordinated with Xi'an Medical University to finalize the core supporting activities of the exhibition. Both parties have reached a consensus on the integration and exchange of industry and education in the elderly care industry, as well as the recruitment of talents for the silver haired economy. Leveraging the advantages of university research and talent resources, a precise platform for school enterprise docking will be established through industry seminars, on-site recruitment, and other forms to promote the integration of school enterprise resources.

At present, the preparations for this year's Old Expo are steadily advancing, being implemented layer by layer, and improving in an orderly manner.
