In order to further promote the high-quality development of the silver economy and improve the quality of life of the elderly population, the 9th China (Guangzhou) International Elderly Health Industry Expo (hereinafter referred to as "(Guangzhou) EldExpo") will be grandly held from August 22 to 24, 2025, in Zone B of the Canton Fair Exhibition Hall, concurrently with the 33rd Guangzhou Expo. In order to promote the exhibition and attract more elderly people to participate, the Executive Committee of Guangzhou Elderly Expo will launch a series of activities called "Elderly Expo Entering Communities - Silver Age Health Empowerment Action" in collaboration with participating companies from now until August.

This series of activities focuses on the needs of the elderly population in the community. Through rich and diverse public welfare services and elderly care product experiences, it builds a bridge between the elderly population and the (Guangzhou) EldExpo, comprehensively enhancing the influence and awareness of the (Guangzhou) EldExpo at the community level. The event will be held simultaneously in selected communities and subway stations throughout the city. The Executive Committee of the Elderly Expo will work together with community public service facilities such as town and street health centers and social work stations to carry out a series of public welfare activities that are deeply loved by elderly friends, including elderly health education, interpretation of elderly care policies, and experience of aging friendly products, in order to continuously improve the quality of elderly care services.

It is worth noting that as a warm-up project for the series of activities, the "Elderly Health Energy Station" has been launched first at Chenjiaci Station on Line 1, Shiergong Station on Line 2, and Wuyangcun Station on Line 5 of the Guangzhou Metro. In the future, the "Old Expo into Communities" series of activities will also enter more towns and streets, bringing new elderly care service experiences to elderly friends.

As a well-known professional exhibition in the elderly care and health industry in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, the (Guangzhou) EldExpo has been successfully held for eight sessions. The exhibition is hosted by the Guangzhou Municipal Government, with specific responsibilities from the Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau, Guangzhou Cooperation Office, and Guangzhou Expo Organizing Committee. It is an important platform for the elderly to learn about cutting-edge elderly care products and experience silver hair consumption. The launch of the "Old Expo into Communities" series of activities will not only effectively enhance the visibility and reputation of the exhibition, but also further stimulate the vitality of the silver haired economy and create a higher quality and richer living environment for the elderly population in Guangzhou.
